Suprisingly good weather out in Patagonia allowed American speed climber, Dean Potter make the second solo ascent of the classic Compressor Route (5.10 A1) on Cerro Torre, reports Rockandice.com.

Potter topped out after just 11 hours on the route using little protection and belaying himself only on the Bridwell A3 pitch.
