Brits in Bulgaria

The second round of the IFSC Climbing Boulder World Cup is being held in Sofia, Bulgaria this weekend. This is a boulder only event. The qualifying rounds start today with the finals on Saturday.

The competition is outdoor in the very centre of Sofia in a park area under historical "Memorial of Soviet Army". The boulders and the isolation zone will be covered. The route setters are Jacky Godoffe and the Bulgarian climbers, Mihail Stanchev and Stephan Vepshek.

Katherine Mills is the UK's female participant with the mens team comprising of David Barrans, Mark Croxall, Tom Gore and Gareth Parry. Parry took 5th place in round one at Erlangen. You can read about the Bulgaria competition at Gaz Parry's blog gazparryclimbing.blogspot.com

Can anyone explain how the scoring system works? I know how it works, but what does 1t3 and 1b1 mean? Thanks
