Legrand and Hirayama go American.. into injury

Francois "Big Frank" Legrand and Yuji Hirayama, two of the best climbers around, had a project: do the really hard routes in the States, such as Just Do It (8c+), Necessary Evil (8c+), Kryptonite (9a)... you know the sort of thing, just to tick them.

However as the report at the website 8a.nu shows, it didn't go so well. If you thought that it was only "average" climbers who got hassles like tweaked fingers, painful heels, and achey shoulders, you'll find that Frank and Yuji have it just the same.
