Bernd Zangerl, who was the first to repeat Fred Nicole's Dreamtime, has completed a new boulder problem which he believes is the hardest in the World, reports 8a.nu. The problem is called 'Viva la evolution' and is located at a summer venue called Alm near Flirsch in the Tirol, Austria. Zangerl feels the problem is harder than Dreamtime - "hard 8c".
