Alex Honnold just emailed me back about an interview for the yearbook. He's on, which is great! Now I just need to work around the 8a-non-solo-policy... Turns out Alex monitors all the grade debates and shit going on on 8a.nu, "I've been reading all the stuff on 8a about grades and trad and conversions and all that. Craziness. I think more people should actually try the routes before talking about them, but whatever. It's good way to kill time on the internet."
Well, you know... that's easy to say when you're 23 and can do what ever, but a lot of us... well, I'm 37, married with two kids and a third on the way... There's no time. I train indoors three times a week, and I consider myself very, very lucky!
