This Friday it's an exposé of esoteric boulder first ascents in Northumberland, as Dan Varian of Beastmaker walks just off the beaten track and finds some more, proud, highball sandstone bouldering in what is possibly the UK's nicest bouldering county.

The crag is the Tosson track boulders, and is situated below Simonside in Northumberland. It's worth noting that Dan did say that Bob Smith probably climbed it all years ago!
