There is some positive news to report regarding access to Dali's Hole in the Llanberis slate quarries.

Following lengthy and quite complicated negotiations between BMC and the owners First Hydro, an "in principle" agreement has been reached where the BMC will take on a lease of the Dali's Hole area in order to mange access for climbing to this popular easy grade slate venue.

While the details are still to be negotiated, and the fine details agreed, climbers are asked to continue to be patient and keep a low profile and use common sense while in this area.
