As recorded on the UKC Top Ascents Page, Andi Turner has made what is thought to be the second ascent of the giant leap at Ramshaw Rocks - Boom Bip (E7 7a) is a big dyno first climbed by Tom Briggs.
Both Tom and Andi are fairly tall fellas and also not too bad at jumping. We think Boom Bip might be pretty hard.

And for a bit more jumping around, we have a potentially new problem up in 'The County'. Northumberland sandstone is home to a few crazy leaps, such as Lupino Lane (UKC Report) and now it has another.
'Larn Streng' might even be graded a tongue in cheek 'controversial Font 8C' and why not! :-)
It goes between Magic Leap and Thundering Apoplexy at Back Bowden - and is a harder version of the latter, but apparently a much better line.
Boza told us:
"It involves a third or even fourth generation dyno technique utilising not one but two kicks on the wall to then reach the break above."
Hmm, looks like a running jump to us!
