This week's Friday Night Video is an absolutely brilliant bit of film-making by Adam Hocking. Adam, a fantastic climber himself, travelled down to Wales twice to film his friend and another pretty handy climber (James McHaffie) last year when James made the first ascent of The Meltdown, the long standing Johnny Dawes project in the Dinorwig slate quarries above Llanberis.
Big congratulations to James for doing the route, and to Adam for putting together such an excellent short film. The film features some hard climbing acion, some insightful commentary from James, and of course some thought provoking comments from Johnny Dawes himself.
Nice one Adam - looking forward to seeing the next film.
