Kinetic - Jan HojerVideo

© Haroun Souirji

Here is a new video from Haroun Souirji featuring Jan Hojer climbing indoors and in Fontainebleau.

We get to see Jan make the first ascent of Jour de chasse where he has to take a big swing in one bent arm. Needless to say none of the repeaters has used the same beta and the problem has, consequently, been downgraded to ~8B+.

Even though Jan won his first World Cup comp at Innsbruck last year, 2014 must be considered his break through year with three WC victories and two 2nd places. In the World Championships in Munich, he dominated the field and was in the lead until the very last problem in the final where he, surprisingly failing to even reach the bonus hold fell down to 3rd spot after Adam Ondra and Jernej Kruder.

Anyway, here is the video!
