Ramon Julian Puigblanque has had a rather productive week off training, repeating two 9a+'s and two 9a's in three days.

In his blog, he explains everything about how he went back and forth between Oliana and Cuenca, making sure he could do what he set out to do, climbing 9's, even though the skin on his fingers was wearing thin.

The routes Ramon did were the following:

Following the leader, 9a+, Cuenca. 6 tries, second ascent
Seta total, 9a, Cuenca. Second try
Pachamama, 9a+, Oliana
Joe cita, 9a, Oliana. 5 tries

If I understand correct, the only route he had been on prior to this week was Pachamama.

Needless to say, Ramon also had enough power left in his tank to onsight a bunch of 8b's, 8a+'s and 8a's...
