If your Facebook feed looks anything like ours, then this weekend will have been full of CWIF related bouldering antics. One of the UK's biggest bouldering competitions has just happened and as usual a strong field of international crushers landed in Sheffield to flex their biceps against the strongest Brits.
Which one is bigger? Having a great time in Sheffield at the CWIF! Thanks Sam Whittaker and Lucinda Whittaker for welcoming us!

With a collection of brilliantly set boulders to test some of the best climbers in the world, the level was exceptionally high, and the competition went down to the final problems, with some excellent performances in both the Semi Finals and the Finals.
It was great to see dark horse Tyler Landman land third place on the podium and other really strong performances from British men. Rustam Gelmanov, who finished second, climbed really well and looked good for the top spot after pulling out a jaw droppingly dynamic ascent on the last problem in extra time. 1st place in the men's competition went to Canadian crusher Sean McColl though. Sean managed the only top on problem three, powered by what appeared to be sheer determination, again in extra time, and then completed the last problem in spectacular style.
The women's competition was no less nail-biting and a huge congratulations go out to Shauna Coxsey who dominated the competition to take 1st place. It was fantastic to see Leah Crane on brilliant form taking 3rd place too.
Finally back on the #cwif podium! 3️⃣And happy to share it with these two ladies 🏼🏼🏼 #fivetenpodiumI REALLY enjoyed...

The competition was hailed as well organised and great fun, no mean feat for a comp of this size. The live stream was brilliantly done, and watched by a good few climbers, but if you missed it - here are the videos!
