In 2011, Simone Moro, Denis Urubko and Corey Richards became the first team to summit one of the five 8,000m peaks in Pakistan in winter, with an ascent of Gasherbrum II (8,035m). Cory was rigorous in capturing both the action and raw emotion of their climb - even in the aftermath of an avalanche which almost killed him - resulting in Cold, a frank account of the risks and rewards of high altitude mountaineering.

Awesome!
Great video thanks. Staggeringly realistic. The descent looks harrowing i.e. the storm, the avalanche, the crying climber sent shivers down my back remembering similar days/ epics
Brutal! One of the few climbing films where you think "very happy not to be there".
Now that ......is a climbing vid!
Fantastic video, it captures the loneliness and isolation perfectly.
