Over the weekend 12-14 March 2004, Scotland's National Mountain Centre are hosting a series of 'women-only' courses called Chicks Unleashed. They include the full spectrum of Scottish winter mountaineering from basic winter skills to mountaineering and climbing. The courses have been designed and are run by some of the UK's leading female instructors, with the aim "to bring together women of all abilities who share a passion for the mountains and would like to further their mountaineering or climbing skills in an all female environment."
