This is a full time position which will require the successful candidate to work a range of shifts including some evenings and weekends.

You will have responsibility for managing a team of instructors and supervisors, delivering high quality instructed sessions and overseeing the safe operation of the climbing wall.

Candidates should ideally hold an SPA or CWA award.

This is also a customer facing role and you should have some customer service experience and be able to demonstrate sound numeracy and literacy skills.

Marketing and/or sales experience would be considered highly beneficial.

Senior Instructor:

This is a full time position which will require the successful candidate to work a range of shifts including some evenings and weekends.

As well as delivering a wide range of junior and adult climbing sessions, you will be responsible for the training and mentoring of casual and junior instructing staff and help develop our standard product set to suit the requirements of the local climbing community.

Candidates should hold either an SPA or CWA award or higher qualification.

This role also includes responsibility for equipment maintenance and may include some route setting activities.
