New role - creative manager, Recruitment Premier Post, 4 weeks @ GBP 75pw

We are looking for someone with unique creative vision and experience to produce and distribute outstanding photo and video media across our online channels, as well as graphic design work and copywriting.

Creative marketing manager role:

Your role will be to strengthen The Arch brand by creating consistently striking content that captures the feel of the brand, our team, our centres, our events, and our customers. We are not driven by a need to acquire online followers at any cost, but instead we are looking for the right person who can bring their vision to the team and help us fully represent the brand both to existing customers and a wider audience online.

Applicant requirements:

Applicants must have a strong portfolio of video & photographic work, as well as some graphic design work.

Knowledge of the climbing world and culture is essential. Media production experience in related fields like parkour, snowboarding, or skateboarding will also go a long way. You will need to have a high standard of written english, and experience of working with social media. This role will involve working with customers at times, both directly and online, so good communication skills are essential.

Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work in a team setting, to handle their own schedule in a busy environment and to independently take creative projects from concept right through to delivery.

Hours and location:

The role is around 40 hours/week & is divided across our three London centres (Bermondsey, Burnt Oak & Acton) and Bermondsey offices, with the occasional trip further afield depending on projects. Working times may be slightly irregular, for example when covering an evening event.

Package:

  • £26,000 yearly salary (Up to £32,000 depending on experience)
  • In-house perks like fully paid filming and editing equipment, training and professional development courses; fully paid staff events, dinners & away days; a cycle to work scheme; free climbing; trade prices, and much more
  • A healthy company culture that is not overly heavy on meetings or artificial target setting
  • Optional 12 days a year paid time off to work on any charitable cause of your choice
  • 28 days paid holiday yearly

Please reply to fred@archclimbingwall.com with CV and cover letter and a link to an online portfolio of work.

Please note that applications without any portfolio of video work can't be considered at this time.

Interviews will be held ASAP
