Customer Service Advisor at Plas y Brenin Jobs

Plas y Brenin, the National Mountain Sports Centre, is offering eight individuals a great apprenticeship opportunity for 12 months to develop their experience of centre and facility operations by joining our scheme in Snowdonia.

Plas y Brenin is a busy, vibrant place that offers the very best in training, development and assessment across a broad range of adventure sports. It hosts conferences and events and welcomes elite sports teams who use Plas y Brenin as an ideal training base.

If you join us, you will interact with the public - from responding to telephone queries to checking people in on arrival. Working on a shift rota that will include regular weekends, you will be part of a customer services team that is the natural 'go to' point for both our centre users as well as members of the public contacting us to find out more. We need someone that can speak with ease about what we do (you will receive full training in this) and have the ability to respond to a wide range of enquiries, requests and concerns. Most importantly you will be an ambassador for our organisation, the public face and first point of contact.

You will be undertaking a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service during your 12-month Apprenticeship. We offer a significant and exciting environment in which you will learn new skills with every opportunity (with mentoring support) to reach your potential.

We are looking at two starting points, four apprentices in April and four at the end of July 2018.
