Boulders Indoor Climbing Centre is currently recruiting an enthusiastic individual to join its team as: Duty Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated, dynamic individual for the role of Duty Manager. The Duty Manager is responsible for inspiring and motivating both employees and customers of all ages, backgrounds and experience. The role involves managing, coordinating, and directing all operational issues within the climbing centre, ensuring that all safety, customer and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about climbing, have a desire to work with a large variety of people and have a good level of personal climbing experience. They should have experience of management and customer relations. They will need to be flexible and available to work a shift rota that includes weekends, afternoons and evenings during the week. The successful candidate must hold SPA Assessment as a minimum and have experience in instructing a wide range of groups.
