About Clip 'n Climb

Clip 'n Climb is the international market leader in leisure climbing centres and has built up a profile that is synonymous with fun, quality and safety.

This position will be working with Clip 'n Climb UK franchise located in Kelbrook, Lancashire. They offer its franchisees a complete turnkey leisure business model, including design and installation with more than 40 colourful and unique climbing challenges, designed to appeal to all age groups.

We are looking for a driven and well organised individual to join our successful and passionate team to sell Clip 'n Climb within the UK.

You will report to our Business development manager and will assist potential franchisees through the recruitment process. We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role in consultative sales. Experience within Franchise sales will be a distinct advantage.

Specific sales opportunities will include growing the region in terms of the number of locations and meeting with people interested in owning their own franchise, assisting them in finding a location, Funding, and helping them into business.
 

The Role

  • Meet with potential franchise leads to show them our business model.
  • Research potential areas for new development.
  • Consult and offer expertise to franchise by assisting with advise and support through the sales process.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of our product and business model
  • Update CRM
  • Attend Trade shows
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements of the Role

  • Business experience.
  • Franchise sales experience is preferred, but experience in general sales/marketing, business management, or similar work environment is required.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, public relations skills, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be an organized self-starter
  • Ability to make independent decisions; assume responsibility for their work and decisions.
  • Ability to work in a small team in a fast-paced environment to strict deadlines is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM system.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • The desire to succeed.
