Redpoint Worcester is looking to hire a fun and outgoing individual who is looking to join a fantastically talented team in an ever-growing business within the heart of Worcestershire. This vibrant centre offers generous top rope and lead climbing, bouldering with a central top-out boulder and a Training room with a Moon board as well as offering outdoor climbing experiences too. You will be working within a great team of professionals all striving to deliver fantastic activity and centre services.
Main Roles of this position:
- 30-40 hours per week (rota-based) inclusive of celebratory and educational holiday times, bank holidays and weekends
- Managing the safe daily running of the centre and activities
- Ensuring staff and customer welfare is monitored and managed to a high standard
- Instructional activity delivery for new and existing customers
- Reception based customer interaction, problem solving and managing enquiries
Successful Candidates must have the following attributes:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A flexible and positive approach to working commitments and daily tasks
- The ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays based on a rota
- NGB qualification in climbing. CWDI Trained as a minimum
- Great I.T skills, confident phone manner and great customer facing interaction.
The following attributes are desirable for candidates to have:
- Proficient use of Rock Gym Pro
- RSA 2 Qualified
