Full time Instructors wanted to join the Oakwood team
Oakwood climbing centre has established itself within the climbing world as being at the leading edge of the industry and has recently gained the National Performance Centre title. In the first year of opening, Oakwood has run some key events including Youth Climbing Series, Youth Climbing Symposium, Blokfest and many more.
We are looking for someone to join the team who has worked in climbing centres before and is passionate about the job. This person must be a good climber who is passionate about developing others using the climbing centre as a tool to do this. Other tasks include reception, floor walking, PPE checks and supporting the duty managers to ensure the safe and smooth running of the centre. This role requires shift work.
The successful candidate will need to hold a CWA / SPA as a minimum and be used to running taster sessions, NICAS / NIBAS, birthday parties, inductions any more.
Salary up to 21k depending on experience and qualifications
