PRESS RELEASE: Osprey Europe gains high profile company recognition and new Head of Marketing

Osprey Europe has recently been recognsied in two separate company awards. In May 2017 it was listed in the London Stock Exchange 1000 companies to inspire Britain report. Hot on the heels of that award in June the company featured 144th in the annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.

Rob Wylie, Managing Director, commented

New Head of Marketing

Osprey Europe has strengthened its Senior Management team by appointing Jonathan Petty as Head of Marketing. Petty brings a wealth of brand marketing, commerical and eCommerce gained in similar previous roles at Montane as Brand Director, Patagonia as EMEA Marketing Director, as Solomon as UK General Manager.

Commenting on Petty's appointment, Rob Wylie, Managing Director of Osprey Europe said,

"Jonathan and I have known each other for over 15 years and have always kept in touch. I'm very confident that his ability, experience and person- ality are the ideal fit for our company and brand, especially at this stage of rapid development. It's a very challenging role, but there has never been a better time to join our journey - I'm confident that Jonathan will make a big contribution from day one".

Jonathan will attend the upcoming OutDoor 2017 show and start officially on June 26th, working from Talon House in Poole, Dorset.
