Alps 4000 - The First Non-Stop Ascent of Europes Highest Mountains
In this week's Friday Night Video, we head back to 1994 when Martin Moran and Simon Jenkins attempted to become the first to climb all of the Alpine 4000m peaks in one continuous journey. Forgoing any form of motorised transport, the two alpinists propelled themselves between the summits by road bike.
The documentary follows the climbers and their support teams throughout the highs and lows of their recording breaking epic of 72 peaks in 52 days.
