Win a Mountain Equipment Helium 250 Sleeping Bag

Weighing in less than most bottles of water, and packing down equally small, the Helium 250 Sleeping Bag is the perfect sleeping bag developed by Mountain Equipment for the dedicated warm weather backpacker.

Key to our new collection is the Helium Sleeping Bag range. Our Helium bags are now lighter and warmer than ever before. Efficiently sized, supremely comfortable and low in weight each Helium bag offers outstanding all-round performance for backpackers, trekkers and alpinists.

Super light, highly compressible and densely woven Helium™ 20 outer fabric weighs just 38g/m² yet remains tough and exceptionally down proof. Our 5 baffle anatomically shaped hood and 4 baffle offset foot-box restrict down migration whilst minimising overall weight and bulk.

Minimalist but comfortable bags, built better.

Improve your Alpine Technique this summer

Jagged Globe is committed to developing competent, rounded and self-sufficient Alpinists.

Our summer Alpine programme gives you a choice of a wide range of courses, from glaciated trekking to classic North Faces. Whether this will be your first time in the Alps or you're aiming to lead Alpine Grade AD, we have a course to suit you.

Our bases including Chamonix, Arolla, Zermatt, Saas Grund, Grindelwald and Vallouise (Ecrins). There are 18 courses to choose from.

90% of Jagged Globe Mountain Guides have worked for us for more than 10 years. They are hand picked for being the very best at what they do. They are British, Swedish, Slovenian, Swiss and French. As our course participants often travel from far and wide, this can give our courses an international feel to them.

Our season starts 10 June and runs until the middle of September. There are still places available on many courses, though just one or two spots left on Mont Blanc!
