This advanced workshop is an exclusive opportunity for any ambitious sport climber wanting to redefine their limits, stay injury free, and enjoy years of sustainable progress.

Adam Ondra’s redpoint and onsight coaching will focus on climbing strategies and the mental attitude required for success on hard routes. Over the course of two days with Adam you will identify your strengths and weaknesses and work on immediate improvement.

Adam’s coach Patxi Usobiaga (himself a 9a+/b climber) will deliver a PUC Series indoor training workshop, including practical drills and theory. Patxi’s advanced protocols allow climbers to go far beyond their preconceived limits.

Pablo Scorza, a physiotherapist specialising in the biomechanics of climbing, will help you understand the cumulative effects that climbing and training have on the body. Pablo’s preventive methods are not only effective at avoiding injuries, but have a direct impact on climbing performance.
