This isn’t Petomania. It’s the top of Les Fetes des Pets (though it looks like the leader may be off route, climbing the flake to the left of the bolts?). The move above the top bolt, out to his right, is probably the crux move of LFDP...

Sounds very plausible. My partner and I did the route before our friends in the photo who followed up behind us. It's a while ago now but I vaguely recall having some doubt as to the exact line of the final pitch. I lead into the cave belay and after that it all goes a bit hazy. I think I seconded the last pitch however and Cam and Paul, leading in the photo, probably just followed whatever line we'd taken.
