Where is this Dave - anywhere near Pistyll Rhayader?
David Hooper - 02/Mar/09
Yeah, it's taken between Cadair Berwyn and Cadair Bronwen. Haven't been there since I was about 16, feels very different than Snowdonia, bleak and melancholy, but with stunning far reaching views over Cheshire and Shropshire, Mid and South Wales.

Did a traverse last autumn in atrocious weather with a group of Dof E youngsters from Pistyll over to Llandrillo.
First time Ive been there and reminded me a bit of a scottish glen.
I wouyld like to go back for a further explore.
