Amazing third pitch just crying out to be jammed...

Jamming is for girls. Real men climb on crimps.

Think that Charlie used a total of 3 jams on the entire route ! He seems to avoid them like the plague.
As for me, well i must be all girl, used lots, but then being brought up on the grit is my excuse.

Great shot but one of those were its hard to tell just how steep is that? could also be a pitch were you could unload your rack in 3m or very spaced pro? Excellent gallery BTW.
shaun walby - 27/Sep/10
The pitch is a full 50 Mtrs of vertical granite, its the line of the abseil descent so on the way down you confirm exactly what you suspected on the way up.
Dead easy to unload all your protection in the first few mtrs, no bolts on this particular pitch so restraint is called for, brilliant pitch & situation.
