thanks for the comments , its not HDR. Tech details are: shot in Raw, canon 5D mkii 17-40 f4 at 17mm f22 0.8sec, tripod mount , cable remote, Lee ND 0.6 hard grad. developed in LR 3 , further grad filter applied , adjustments to curves and contrast .
