Just saw this one Bill and it really captures the atmosphere of the Carnedds - its a great photo. In my day Mur y Niwl, Pinnacle Wall and Grimmet made a great day out and provided some interesting climbing.
I am a bit out of touch, but do people still do these routes ?

Yes as you said this was a Mur y Niwl link up day with the Grimmett to follow. Today its Aura/Pinnaclissima however you still stand on the pinnacle to finish.
