Be prepared for EXTREMELY loud bangs when climbing in this area as the firework factory at the top of the valley tests its products at random times!

You must have been unlucky - I can't remember the last time I went to Wied Babu and heard any bangs!

It was very dramatic,the ground shook and all the birds took to the air.
