It may be possible to stick to rocks to avoid the banked out ledges; fine in good weather but harder to do if rocks are wet.

Has there been as much snow at this time of the year for 15 years or so? I've not seen it from Slig as I remember.

Spring 1994 is the only season I remember anything close but have no pics to hand to compare. Pinn has been cleared ready for yuor ascent sir;-)
