you are right it did, no wonder it fell down , shame it was a lovely soft touch at the grade

Thanks Harold, corrected now. I scanned the slide the wrong way round first time. Anyway it was a long time since we did the route.

Nice Bob, unfortunately its gone like a quite a few classics I've done over the years.

Did it with Jonny Woodward. A few weeks later you could still see his chalk marks, they were on the boulder in the scree slope.
Always thought that if the flake had gone while he was climbing it, I would have had a difficult decision to make.

Im sure when i climbed it back in the mid 70's it was graded HVS 5a, or 5b done totally free without 1 aid point.
