Another amazing photo, thank you for sharing.
I assume that you managed to get the foreground so bright by taking the photo with a bright moon and then pulling up the shadows and clarity in Camera Raw/Lightroom? How did you manage to keep the noise so low (other than a low ISO) for such a long exposure?

Thanks very much guys. Ian the shadows have been brightened slightly (20%) - it was an amazing light evening. I've left the clarity alone so not to bring out any noise. I find the D610 excellent for noise even on long exposures however. I've not done any post processing to remove it, just ISO100. The Canon 6D I owned previously was also excellent, think modern camera's are getting it sorted providing you keep the ISO down.
