If it needs anything, its a slight crop around the top and sides. Cool shot.

Love the expression on the climbers face! I'd feel tempted to try cropping the bottom a bit, or maybe the sides to make it longer and narrower? (Fan of odd cropping though...)

You need to check the compression. Depending on the s/w you use you should resize the picture according to the photo download guidelines, then check the size of the resized image. Now decrease the compression and resave until the size of the pic is equal to or just less than 120k (I think). If the image size ends up too small it'll look like shit once it's posted on here.
