This is a great shot, but in imho would be much better if you could lose the spotters legs and get rid of the chalk bag on the floor.

I've just tried telling the spotter to f*#% off,as his feet are ruining my style!
Well any way,I reckon cropping the pic more would cramp it,but maybe blurring would help more,but that would ruin an otherwise interesting floor.So left with these choices and my style being a no lies and real moments type,I can't see any improvements and maybe the floor details tell a story and add much needed realism .

...maybe you could try darkening it a little. Would save the detail, but create a little contrast between the foreground and background.
