Hmm. I think a bit too much Photoshop in the sky? There are strong highlights round the skyline suggesting a lot of burning in, and for me the foreground is messy - you can't really tell what's going on. Maybe concentrate purely on the sky detail?

your totally right.The problem is,the very poor scan of my slide,(very very noisy),which was done before digital cameras and before I knew any thing about bits or bytes.Noise reduction was needed in a large dose,which left the clouds all plasticy and ruined the forground ,and I think I got a bit carried away with a contrast curve too!No burning though.The slide is great and I will be scanning it myself soon so this pic will be updated soon
