Interesting conundrum, how did you resolve it ?

Lost both axes on the fall so was lowered down to the belay. Then Gen lead the route and took an ice screw out that was on the right rope, got to the first axe just bellow where they are in the photo and clipped it to the clean line where it gently fell down to me. Then Gen finished off the route placing a bit of gear on the right rope as she did but collecting my axe and taking it to the top. Then we tried to lower the axe down on a loop of rope but it ended up a few feet away so I climbed up to it whilst on belay just on the one rope. Phew
