Strangely joyous expression on his face. Bizarrely, it seems be one of those ultra chuffed look-at-me-on-my-first-ever-lead(!) expressions, usually sported by people standing on big ledges and midway through placing a cam just beneath the no. 9 hex just beneath the other three hexes. Maybe it's a look-at-me-on-my-first-potential-leg-breaker face?

Actually slim has done numerous e6s and e7s. I think he's lookin joyous bacause hes repeating the route for photos, and he knows he doent "have" to do the sketchy last move again!

...so when he gets to that move he's just going to turn around and saunter back down the way he came?! ;)

We were having a look at Obssession Fatale at the time so he just grabbed the top rope for that and "batmanned" the final sequence. Its not the kind of move that you do more than once in your life, as everyone who has lead the route will tell you!

As featured on Beardown productions' A Gritstone Year. Waddage! That last move looks like a cracker.

There really should be a speech bubblle with 'Now I'm sure that MoAc goes in about here' judging by his relaxed expression.
