Shutter speed is a bit too fast to allow the blades to turn. Makes it all look a little too static. Nice use of the 3rd to compose it though.

I like this one. I can see the preference to have the blades blurred but I bet it was taken in a hell of a rush :)
Send it to the RAF, bet they would like it as a publicity shot.
