An unusual sight after a day of heavy rain in the desert.

Nice shots Robert, but they look more saturated than their previous, similar iterations. Is that simply down to the new camera or did you take the plunge and start tweaking your RAW files in LR or similar?

Still not using RAW or LR.......... My camera is set on "neutral" colour and saturation. I never ever tweak saturation in post processing but I do tweak exposure/contrast (more than I used to) and often move the colour balance towards the red in post processing for landscapes (the jpegs often look rather cold; I read somewhere that fuji jpegs are optimised for people rather than landscapes).

lovely photo Robert it gives that feeling where you could almost walk straight into it.

Thanks Uistgr. The super-wide XF 10-24 lens I've invested in does seem to give that feeling of immersion in the foreground.

I would love something as wide and have just bought an EF 16-35 but its not been in the mountains yet...just praying for snow now.
