Lead the route including shaking out and placing gear off the hollow triangular block. Abbed down and wobbled it a bit on the mud shelf it was resting on. 5 minutes kicking and pulling it and it was off, impacting just 1 foot from the belay ledge. Estimated about 40kg? Would have gone straight through an unlucky belayer. It was fine at the moment but another wet winter and a freeze thaw....

Great aren't there. Better than breaking out in a rash of blood blisters after a couple of days without them though.
