Wow, that looks identical to Soldier of Fortune at Trevallen, Pembroke. Incredible!

The Fort Crags are fairly short (40-50 feet) but the rock is excellent and reminiscent of Gower and Pembroke.
The location is good too - sunny and very secluded. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
