All i remember was it's somewhere in Pembroke. And the climber is Mick Ward of the Doncaster Mountaineering Club

Looks like West Pewith granite.

Definitely granite so it's not Pembroke. The rock is 100% consistent with West Penwith but I guess Lundy or Channel Islands are not impossible.

Not 100% sure but it looks like the move up to the roof on the HVS next to Seal Slab (Kittiwake?) at Chair Ladder. Looks like the entrance to Zawn Rinney in the background. From memory mind!

Thank you very much alan moore and kafoozalem. I was convinced in my mind that it was Pembroke, but it was a long time ago. Yes the fact that it does not look like limestone was really throwing me, and therefore could not find anything that looked like it in Pembroke. Searching around now, it is indeed Kittiwake at Chair Ladder. I had just lead Seal Slab to the right, rapped the rope and about to scramble to the top, took my camera out, pointed it at Mick. He shouted "you b@stard, throw me a top rope". But i would not have had time as he took a peel a slit second later. Later in the pub his first words were "did you get the pic ?". I did, but as you see, a split second to early. Maybe you can see the desperation on his face though. lol.
