Surely that is a route for natural protection?

I agree - I have done it as a sport route and there's no justification for it being bolted, especially as it was originally climbed as a trad route.
It's got some good climbing on it too.

I agree too, the lower off is needed as it’s very unstable at the top, but a perfect trad crack.
