I walked around the rim to the summit of the hill at the back, thinking to myself how much longer it will look like this for?! A pumped storage hydro scheme will soon fill the coire. While advances in battery technology might soon make pumped storage obsolete, it seems a shame to industrialise yet another corner of the Highland uplands.
