Ever stood on Liathach and wondered what's behind Beinn Dearg?

Probably not, but here it is anyway :- a heavily glaciated landscape - Loch a'Choire Mhoir, a waste of dubh- and gorm-lochanan, and between Baosbheinn and Beinn an Eoin Loch na h'Oidhche.

That land's just crying out to be walked on!

Went there a couple of Easter's back. Along Baosbheinn, camped just to the left of the photo, a day on Beinn Dearg, and next day back over Beinn an Eoin. Cracking three days. Thanks for the reminder.

Many times, many times. And it's worth carrying a light fly rod when you go to have a peek...

theres a bothy on the right hand bank of the loch between the 2 hills. Stayed there for a week and it gave excellent access to hills that would nortmally be out of reach. its a 6 hour walk in from the road at the other side. welll worth it though
