Wow that is fat!! What time of year and when? Lovely route.

Very fat indeed. I did that route about 6 years ago and the steep bit was twice the length with very little cone. Just shows you that in a year when continental ice was relatively poor some routes formed like that. Mind you Ceillac is the coldest place I have ever been. It was so cold the day we were there we drove down the road to take our gear off!
