Oh don't you start, lol! My poor arms were killing me doing that route, 1st clean 5a seconded after my injury, it was bloomin 'ard, hence the pained expression. Gawd, I wish I was more photogenic. Mind you, it could have been worse. The day before was really sunny and I had a vest top on and John was trying to get a cleavage shot, now that would make ye cringe, hehe!

I don't think there was actually any swearing whilst climbing that one surprisingly just lots of grunting and grimacing.
