I Think this is "Urban Climb" in the West End of Brisbane.

Spot on,it was a warehouse really, big aera with no much bouldering,very quite on the day i went.I also went to another one[i think not far from k2 shop]. it was much smaller more compact with a viewing window at the top. A granny was there belaying the grand child using a grigri on direct belay.
